I
am a Senior Staff Scientist at Aclara Power Line Systems, formerly
Distribution Control Systems, Inc. located in
Hazelwood, Missouri. I have been with the company since July of 1984. I
hold several patents including US Patents 5,198,796
and 6,940,396
,
having to do with the power line communications technology on which the
companies'
TWACS system is based. I have been part of the remote transponder
design team, the substation equipment design teams and am curently the
lead scientist in the product support team. My primary responsibilities
are technology related problems, power electronics and transformers and
support test equipment developement.
